계정 삭제 요청 / Account Deletion Request

Pium 계정과 관련 데이터를 삭제하려면 아래 방법 중 하나를 사용하세요.
Use one of the methods below to request deletion of your Pium account and associated data.
1. 앱에서 직접 삭제 / Delete in the app
- Pium 앱을 엽니다.
- 설정으로 이동합니다.
- 계정 삭제 메뉴를 선택합니다.
- 확인 화면에서 삭제를 확정합니다.
- Open the Pium app.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm deletion on the confirmation screen.
2. 웹에서 삭제 요청 / Request deletion outside the app
앱에 접근할 수 없거나 이미 앱을 삭제한 경우, 아래 이메일로 계정 삭제를 요청하세요.
If you cannot access the app or have uninstalled it, request account deletion by email.
Email: privacy@air-wedding.com
요청 시 계정 식별을 위해 Pium에 가입한 이메일 주소를 포함해 주세요. 비밀번호나 결제 카드 번호는 보내지 마세요.
Please include the email address used for your Pium account so we can identify it. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers.
3. 삭제되는 데이터 / Data deleted
- 계정 정보: 이름 또는 닉네임, 이메일, 소셜 로그인 식별자
- 업로드한 원본 사진 및 얼굴 사진
- 생성된 이미지 및 갤러리 데이터
- 서비스 이용 설정 및 알림 토큰
- Account information, uploaded photos, facial photos, generated images, gallery data, service settings, and notification tokens
4. 보관될 수 있는 데이터 / Data that may be retained
법적 의무, 세무, 환불, 결제 분쟁, 보안 및 부정 이용 방지를 위해 일부 구매·결제 기록과 접속 로그는 필요한 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다. 보관되는 데이터는 해당 목적에 필요한 범위로 제한됩니다.
Some purchase records, payment records, and access logs may be retained as needed for legal, tax, refund, payment dispute, security, and fraud prevention obligations. Retained data is limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
5. 처리 기간 / Processing time
앱 내 삭제는 확인 후 처리됩니다. 이메일 요청은 접수 후 합리적으로 빠른 기간 내 처리하며, 추가 확인이 필요할 수 있습니다.
In-app deletion is processed after confirmation. Email requests are handled within a reasonably quick period after receipt, and additional verification may be required.
