Pium("서비스")는 AI 웨딩 화보 생성 앱입니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 Pium이 어떤 개인정보를 수집하고, 왜 사용하며, 어떻게 보관·삭제하는지 설명합니다.
Pium is an AI wedding photo generation app. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Pium collects, why it is used, and how it is retained and deleted.

3. 사용 및 공유 / Use and sharing
수집한 데이터는 AI 이미지 생성, 계정 관리, 구매 처리, 환불 및 고객 지원, 보안, 서비스 운영 및 품질 개선을 위해 사용됩니다.
We use collected data to generate AI images, manage accounts, process purchases, handle refunds and support, protect the service, and improve service quality.

법령상 요구, 보안 사고 대응, 이용자의 명시적 요청이 있는 경우를 제외하고 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 임의로 공유하지 않습니다.
We do not sell or arbitrarily share personal data with third parties except where required by law, needed for security response, or requested by the user.
4. 보안 / Security
- 전송 구간 암호화(TLS)를 사용합니다.
- 개인 데이터 접근 권한을 필요한 담당자와 시스템으로 제한합니다.
- 이미지와 계정 데이터는 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위에서 보호된 저장소에 보관합니다.
- We use encryption in transit, restrict data access, and store account and image data in protected systems.

계정 삭제는 앱 설정에서 직접 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우 Account Deletion page 또는 privacy@air-wedding.com으로 요청할 수 있습니다.
You can request account deletion in the app settings. If you cannot access the app, use the Account Deletion page or email privacy@air-wedding.com.
6. 이용자 권리 / Your rights
이용자는 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 앱 설정 또는 privacy@air-wedding.com으로 접수할 수 있습니다.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data through app settings or by emailing privacy@air-wedding.com.
7. 아동 / Children
Pium은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 확인되면 삭제 조치합니다.
Pium is not directed to children under 14. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 14, we will delete it.
8. 변경 / Changes
본 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지의 최종 업데이트 일자를 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 이메일 등 적절한 방법으로 고지합니다.
If this policy changes, we will update the date on this page. Material changes may be notified through the app, email, or another appropriate method.
